Alison is the founder of the
Marine Team who has also
developed the website and
oversees the running of the
team. Alison is a freelance
whale biologist and has over 12
years research and guiding
experience. She has worked as a
Marine Mammal Observer (MMO) and
Passive Acoustic Monitoring
(PAM) Operator for
over 6 years working offshore in
Africa, Gulf of Mexico, Libya
and the North Sea
Sebastian brings to the Team a knowledge of Business
Administration as well as a
biological background. He has
experience of working with
marine mammals, in particular,
acoustics & related behaviour
qualifying him as
a Passive Acoustic Monitoring
(PAM) Operator offshore and
Marine Mammal Observer (MMO)
having worked in the North Sea,
Libya, Africa
and the Middle East
